Everything You Need to Know for a Smooth & Stress-Free Yoga or Barre Experience

How to Prep for Class

Before You Arrive

1. Book Your Spot

Pre-registration is required! If no one signs up 2 hours before class, it will be canceled. Walk-ins are welcome, but check the schedule first!

2. What to Wear

Yoga: Comfortable, stretchy, and breathable clothing (leggings, joggers, fitted tops).

Barre: Fitted workout clothes that allow free movement. Avoid overly loose clothing.

Shoes? Nope! Yoga is done barefoot. Barre is done in grippy socks (available in-studio for purchase).

3. What to Bring

Water bottle – Stay hydrated! We have a filtered water station.

Towel – Optional, but helpful for sweaty classes.

Props? We've got you covered! We provide mats, blocks, straps, bands, and barre balls.

Arriving to the Studio

4. Arrive Early

Doors open 15 minutes before class.

First time? Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get settled.

Late arrivals are not permitted once class starts.

5. Check-In & Set Up

Sign in at the front desk.

Place your belongings in a cubby.

Roll out your mat or grab your barre spot!

During Class

6. Listen to Your Body

Modify movements as needed—this is your practice!

Instructors are here to guide you—ask if you need help.

7. Stay Until the End

Every class ends with a cool-down or savasana (final relaxation).

If you absolutely must leave early, let the instructor know before class starts.

After Class

8. Wipe Down Your Space

Please use our provided natural, chemical-free cleaner to wipe down mats and props.

9. Hydrate & Refuel

Drink plenty of water and replenish with a healthy snack.
