Spencer is a passionate yoga instructor, holistic health coach, and entrepreneur committed to serving her community. She helps people find empowerment and healing through cultivating a deeper connection with themselves, their community, and nature.
Teaching Philosophy
Through mindful movement and breathing, she loves to help people slow down and come home to their bodies and breath. Spencer incorporates yoga philosophy, alignment, meditation, pranayama, and intuition to guide her classes. She welcomes students of all abilities, body types, and experience levels to join her in the mindful movement practice of asana and can’t wait to meet you on your mat!
