Sheryl's Fitness Journey

Sheryl has been passionately involved in Barre and group fitness for over a decade. She holds certifications in Barre, Pilates, and Bounce. As the former owner of The Refinery Barre Fitness Studios in Tallahassee, Florida, she led the studio to win Tallahassee’s Best Fitness Studio award three years in a row. Sheryl finds great joy in teaching and inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Life Outside the Studio

Outside the studio, she cherishes time with her family, especially her delightful grandson born in 2020. She also enjoys volunteering in the community, gardening, hiking, reading, and cooking.
