Forrest is a certified mindfulness teacher, workshop facilitator, and published self-help author from Franklin, NC. With over 10 years of experience leading mindfulness and meditation classes and seminars, he has brought this transformative practice to high schools, colleges, and rehabilitation centers.

Discovering Mindfulness

Forrest discovered mindfulness during a challenging period of recovery from alcohol abuse in his youth. This experience revealed to him the profound ability of meditation to quiet the mind and open the heart.

Professional Highlights

He has been a featured guest on over 75 podcasts and radio shows. His latest book, Humanity's Spiritual Rebirth: Lessons Lived and Learned from a Pandemic, is set to be published in November of this year. An avid hiker, Forrest can often be found on the trails with his beloved fur companion, Abbie.
